Clients

 

• If cancellation is necessary, please provide me with at least 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the appointment.

• Payment should be made by cash or check at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

• Please be on time - I often have clients booked back to back.

• Out of respect for my chemically sensitive clients, please do not use heavily scented perfumes, lotions, oils, or other products on the day of treatment.

 

 

Therapist

 

• I will return all phone calls and e-mails within 24-hours unless I am out of town.

• I respect all clients regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, or personal habits.

• Clients are draped with a sheet at all times during the session. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time. Genitals and female breasts are never exposed or massaged.

• If I need to cancel an appointment, I will do so with more than 24-hours notice if at all possible. If an emergency arises and I cannot keep an appointment, I will apply a 50% discount to your next session.

• I keep accurate records and maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.
